ASTM-D2084 Textile Lab Equipment Rotorless Rheometer H119
Overview
This machine is designed and manufactured according to ASTM-D2084 standard. It uses synchronous rotor swing frequency to measure the change of rubber properties over time at a certain temperature. The change of properties can be seen from the torque time curve on the recorder, and this graph can be widely used in basic or development research and quality reference on the production line.

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
