Geomembrane Hydrostatic Pressure and Permeability Coefficient Tester MA01
Overview
Used for testing nonwoven geotextiles or other materials as the base material, with polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride and other films as the film production of nonwoven composite geotextiles (one cloth one film, two cloth one film), under the specified hydraulic pressure difference, test sample’s hydrostatic pressure and permeability coefficient performance.
Features
1, high-definition LCD display panel, digital display, no manual reading error.
2. The test plate adopts SUS304 stainless steel plate, which is corrosion resistant, easy to clean and elegant in appearance.
3. Multi-purpose of one machine, that is, both hydrostatic test and permeability coefficient test are satisfied at the same time.
Body surface treatment: dupont powder, electrostatic painting process, after high temperature 200℃ curing for a long time

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.

1. Products are covered with air bubble film before put them into composite board standard export wooden case. To ensure waterproof, moistureproof, corrosion, anti-corrosion and security.
