Geotextile Tensile Tester Geosynthetics Creep Test System MA13
Overview
Used to test the tensile creep and tensile creep rupture properties of geotextiles and related products. Applicable to products that may cause structural collapse due to premature failure or creep affecting the reinforcement function in the structure.
The instrument consists of three parts: data acquisition and processing part, servo motor loading system, and main machine frame. The whole test process can be controlled by microcomputer, and test data can be collected automatically at regular intervals. Manual data collection is also possible.

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.

1. Products are covered with air bubble film before put them into composite board standard export wooden case. To ensure waterproof, moistureproof, corrosion, anti-corrosion and security.
2. Package with shipping mark in line with International and national standards, which is easy for handling, loading and unloading.
