Overview
The impact testing machine is suitable for testing the impact resistance of various types of lenses such as sunglasses, sun filters, resin lenses, spectacle lenses, etc.; this machine is used to test the strengthening strength of spectacle lenses and the impact resistance of spectacles; this machine conforms to the international standard of the Ministry of Light Industry by using a steel ball with a mass of 16g and a diameter of 16mm, and observing that the lenses shall not be broken after impact; the international standard is by using a steel ball with a mass of 43g and a diameter of 22mm A steel ball with a mass of 43 g and a diameter of 22 mm is used to impact the convex surface of the lens from a height of 1.30 m. The lens must not be broken after the impact;
The machine meets the requirements of the international standards EN 1836, EN 168, QB 2457-99 and QB 2506-2001 of the Ministry of Light Industry.

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte
Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.
Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.
Mount the sample
Mount the sample on the sample clamp.
BPT Sampling
Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
