Test Principle

Under a certain frequency of extraction/extending and retraction, make telescopic handle’s locks and trolley to do continuously opening and closing action, repeatedly pull out and retract. So as to inspect reciprocating resistance to fatigue property and structure of telescopic handle, and its durability.

Operation

Connecting the air supply

Connect the air supply to the instrument.

Add distilled water

Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.

Put in filte

Unscrew the screws and remove the top plate,Take away the reflector.

Put in filter.

Install the xenon lamp

Install the xenon lamp and connect the lamp cabler.Replace the top cover and tighten the set screws.

Mount the sample

Mount the sample on the sample clamp.

BPT Sampling

Place the sample into the test chamber and close the door.Be careful to avoid covering the BPT sensor.
