Chasing the Light, Riding the Waves, and Moving Forward with Renewed Energy—UTSTESTER’s Coastal Team-Building Event Concludes Successfully

To help employees relieve work-related stress and boost team morale, UTSTESTER carefully organized a one-day team-building trip to Xiamen in June. The company led all employees into nature to embrace the mountains and the sea, creating an unforgettable team experience accompanied by the setting sun and the sea breeze.

In the morning, the entire team arrived at the Xiamen Botanical Garden to begin their journey into nature. The park was lush with vegetation, offering a new vista at every turn. The Rainforest World, shrouded in mist, resembled a fairyland, while the Succulent Plant Area featured a wide variety of desert plants in unique shapes, providing a truly eye-opening experience. Employees strolled along the trails in an orderly fashion, pausing occasionally to admire the scenery or take group photos. Amid the green mountains and lush vegetation, they relaxed both body and mind, feeling the healing power of nature’s vitality.

At lunchtime, everyone enjoyed authentic Minnan cuisine together. The specialty restaurant had carefully prepared a variety of classic Fujian dishes, featuring fresh ingredients and authentic flavors that fully satisfied everyone’s palates. The atmosphere during the meal was relaxed and lively as they shared work insights and chatted about the little moments of daily life; a sense of team belonging and happiness continued to grow amid the delicious food and laughter.

In the afternoon, the group visited the vibrant Flower and Bird Market, brimming with the hustle and bustle of daily life. Here, they found not only seasonal flowers vying for attention with their vibrant colors but also cute and adorable small animals. Colleagues strolled leisurely, admiring the stunning blooms and pausing to observe aquatic pets, experiencing the city’s gentle side amidst the bustling street life.

As evening fell, everyone walked barefoot along the soft sand, enjoying the spectacular sunset at Huangcuo Beach. They watched the orange sun slowly sink below the horizon, while the evening glow bathed the sky and sea in warm golden hues. The colleagues sat side by side, admiring the breathtaking seaside sunset.

The beauty of the sunset brought this team-building event to a perfect close. This journey through mountains and seas not only allowed all employees to fully appreciate Xiamen’s natural and cultural landscapes but also deepened their bonds and fostered a shared sense of unity through spending time together day and night.
