Multiple UTSTESTER Textile Testing Instruments have been successfully delivered to the customer’s laboratory. Under the guidance of our technical team, installation and commissioning were completed, enhancing the customer’s quality control standards and production efficiency.

The instruments installed in the customer’s laboratory include:

1. M080E Digital Fabric Stretch and Recovery Tester

This instrument is used to measure the growth rate, elongation, and recovery rate (load versus elongation) of low-elasticity knitted fabrics.

2. M028 Pilling Assessment Box

Used to determine pilling test results under specified lighting conditions. Pilling test methods include the Martindale Pilling test, random tumbling pilling test, ICI pilling test, circular trajectory pilling test, brush/sponge pilling test, or snagging test (ICI snagging test).

3. D003 Manual Crockmeter/Rubber Fastness Tester

The Crockmeter is used to determine the wet and dry rubbing colorfastness of fabrics.

4. D010A

The D010A drying oven uses a hot air circulation system for drying, baking, and preheating various materials or samples to achieve uniform temperature distribution. It is suitable for drying, calcination, wax melting, and sterilization operations in mining enterprises, laboratories, and research institutions.

5. D007A-2 Color Fastness Tester

The D007 Washing/Wash Color Fastness Tester is used to determine the wash and dry cleaning color fastness of dyed textiles or dyed yarns after washing.
