The specimen is assessed against the gray scale after rubbing against the rotating wool felt. This machine has the memory function, and can save the current data even if power cut or stop occur

1.Auto-zero: After the computer receives the instruction to start the test, the system automatically clears the zero.

Compress the specimen placed between upper and bottom compression plates. Then, the specimen’s area divided by load will give the compression hardness of the material.

Surface treatment of the body: adopts DuPont powder from the United States, electrostatic spray paint process, curing at a high temperature of 200 ℃ to ensure that the color will not fade for a long time.

Clamp periphery of sample by clamping frame. Then sample is gradually distended by forcing steel metal ball, attached to the end of a plunger, against the center of sample on the reverse side, under the speed of 12mm per minute. When surface of leather get the pressure up to 800N, the distension height is recorded as the cracking value.

Clamp sample on the sample holder which placed onto machine, then put the rotary circular blade onto the sample. Switch on the machine and set to zero to start test. Blade will do reciprocating motion under the specified load and automatically counting. When the rotating blade penetrates the sample, machine will automatically stop. Compare the difference before and after test so as to get the test results.
