The screw hole of the fuselage is equipped with three screw rods, the upper end of the screw rod is equipped with hand wheel, the lower end of the screw rod is equipped with sliding shaft, the upper end is tightened by spring, and the lower end can be replaced by different type of cutter.When rotating the hand wheel, the three-headed screw can drive the cutter by sliding shaft, which can make reciprocating motion to achieve the purpose of cutting the test piece.

1. Upper fixtures are driven by motor to do reciprocating motion with horizontal shaft. Downward moving angle is 22.5  0.5.
2.Flexing times can be set and real flexing times is display at real time.

The test piece is continuously wetted on one surface and is flexed and compressed in the same manner as the sole of a shoe during walking. This enables various aspects of heavy leather water resistance to be measured with respect to time.

Take two shoelaces cross reciprocally. Fix the both ends of one shoelace onto the movable fixture which is able to do reciprocating linear motion. The other piece of shoelace, fix one end onto corresponding fixture, the other end is connected to a weight through the pulley. Two reciprocally crossing shoelaces rub against each other via movable fixtures’ reciprocating motion. Interval time can be set. When preset test times reached, machine stop working automatically. Interval time reaches, machine continue to work. In such reciprocal work until reaches preset test times reached or sample break, counter stop to counting, so as to be able to test sample resistance to abrasion property.
