Rubber Testing Equipment

The rotorless vulcanizer is an instrument that is used in the rubber processing industry to control the quality of rubber materials, conduct inspections and basic research on rubber. It provides data reference for rubber formula combinations and can test parameters such as scorch time, positive vulcanization time, vulcanization index and torque.

A conical indentor is brought into contact with a test specimen cut from a rubber sole. A known force is then applied to the indentor and the depth of indentation after a specified period is recorded. A series of readings at specified locations is taken and a graph of indentation depth against distance from the bonding surface is plotted and extrapolated to the inner and outer surfaces of the sole. An undercure index for the inner surface of the sole is then calculated together with the thickness of rubber not cured satisfactorily.

This pneumatic slicer is mainly used for cutting standard rubber test pieces. It should cooperate with the standard cutting die to connect the air source above 4KG.

The Shore hardness tester (rubber hardness tester) is widely used for measuring the hardness of rubber and plastics. It features a simple structure, ease of use, compact size, and intuitive readings. It can be carried for handheld measurements or installed on a matching load frame for fixed-load testing.

The specimen is assessed against the gray scale after rubbing against the rotating wool felt. This machine has the memory function, and can save the current data even if power cut or stop occur

Compress the specimen placed between upper and bottom compression plates. Then, the specimen’s area divided by load will give the compression hardness of the material.

1. The rising and falling of weights are controlled by pneumatic means, and the left and right movements are driven by motors.

Take standard specimens, place on test plate, clamp it between the two plates of tester, take it out after the stipulated time, after release and cool the specimens, separately measure the central thickness of specimen and calculate its Compression resilience ratio.

1.The test is conducted under minus 20-30 ℃, if conduct high temperature and low humidity, the lifetime of machine will be reduced to half.
2.Three flexing tests all need to run at about 100cpm, the machine is the heavy the better and stable.

Machine stop automatically when test completed by counter.
