Overview
Applicable to all kinds of condoms , rubber gloves and other products of blasting capacity and burst pressure volume measurement.
Principle
Put the condom on the air blow rod, and require to pass through the position of the flatulence sleeve. Hold the flatulence to the height of the flatulence sleeve and start the test. The instrument first inflates the flatulence sleeve, and the condom is fixed between the flatulence sleeve and the clip. The software is slightly Delayed time, began to inflate condoms, condom expansion blasting, the screen shows the burst pressure and the volume of gas inflated at the time of blasting. The blasting volume is expressed in cubic decimeters and is rounded up to 1dm3; the blasting pressure is expressed in kPa and rounded to 0.01 kPa. The inflation rate can be adjusted by adjusting the knob, and the test can be terminated manually by air leakage during inflation. The burst volume and pressure are both recorded as zero. If the condom does not leak, measure and record the burst volume and pressure.

Operation
Connecting the air supply
Connect the air supply to the instrument.
Add distilled water
Connect tube from the freestanding funnel to the water connector located at the back right-hand corner of the SST unit. Add distilled water.
Put in filte

Put in filter.
Install the xenon lamp
