Textile Testing Equipment Manufacturers Carpet Tuft Lock Tester MC08
Overview
For tufted carpets or traditional carpets, an important parameter is the performance of the tufts.
Poor quality carpets can lose their tufts completely in some cases, such as stairs. For loop rugs, a good rim prevents the formation of long loop.
This instrument can measure the force required to pull a single tuft or loop from the carpet, that is, the binding force between the carpet pile and the bottom lining.
The instrument is commonly used to test a small number of samples in the laboratory, but can also be used in a certain situation where there is already a carpet or a large carpet.
